Originally from Texas, she brings to Andina years of experience at a leading multi-family office in Dallas, where she became a dependable resource for clients navigating key transitions in life. Assuring ease and reliability, her contributions placed her in trusted positions to develop internal initiatives meant to enhance the quality of service delivered firm-wide. In doing so, she cultivated lasting relationships with both peers and mentors.

Rosa graduated with her Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from the University of North Texas.
