Michael has a strong focus on process improvement as well as attention to detail. His solution-oriented mindset helps the operations team on their day-to-day tasks and resolves many stress points the team faces.

He assists the team with reporting and trading so that the advisors can focus on providing continued exceptional service to their clients. Michael makes assisting team members his top priority and thrives when working cross functionally. He enthusiastically serves as the go-to person to help individuals with ad hoc requests as they come in.

Prior to joining Andina in 2025, Michael has experience in both Investment Banking Operations as well as Financial Reporting & Fund Accounting.

Michael has a bachelors degree from Providence College in Political Science and Economics.

Michael enjoys fitness; including running, biking, and swimming and is an avid sports fan cheering for the New York Yankees, New York Giants, Providence Friars in college basketball and Texas Longhorns in college football.
