Courtney serves as the Chief Compliance Officer at Andina Advisors, where she oversees the firm’s compliance program and supports adherence to regulatory and ethical standards.

She earned her bachelor’s degree in Business Management with a minor in Accounting from Southern Utah University and brings a background in human resources leadership, compliance, and organizational development, with experience supporting strong internal processes and firm growth.

Known for her adaptability and approachable nature, Courtney brings warmth and professionalism to her work. Outside of the office, Courtney enjoys spending time with her friends and family and especially loves being an aunt to her ten nieces and nephews. She also has a creative side and enjoys exploring new crafts and hands-on projects in her free time.
