800 Broadway

800 Broadway is an under-construction, 389-unit, 40-story high-rise in downtown San Diego. The project lies just five blocks east of the Gaslamp Quarter and the soon-to-be-completed Campus at Horton—a 900K sf mixed-use creative office campus on the former Horton Plaza mall site. 800 Broadway will join four other recently built or under-construction residential high-rises in the Broadway corridor. The five projects, together, will add more than 2,000 luxury multifamily units and more than 25,000 sf of Class-A retail to the neighborhood.
